Our support commitment
3D provides 24/7 technical support through service arrangements built around the systems and locations we support. Preventive maintenance, service coordination and ongoing system support keep the relationship connected to your operation.
Your agreement establishes coverage, priorities, parts and labor provisions, and the systems included.
Authorized contacts and escalation channels connect each request with responsibility and the next action.
Acknowledgment, dispatch, site attendance and restoration are addressed separately in the applicable service agreement.
Existing customers use their designated service and escalation channels. The website inquiry form starts a business conversation and is not an emergency dispatch channel.
3D’s field commitment
When a project needs supplemental labor, subcontractors work alongside 3D’s own crew under 3D’s leads. A subcontractor is not left alone to run the project. Our crew is there with them.

01 / Confirm the footprint
3D has teams spread across the nation, including major cities in every state. General Managers James Goodrich and Allan Goodson jointly lead the nationwide operation, coordinated from the company’s Idaho base.
For a proposed engagement, review the locations, scope, field capacity, technician requirements, site access, and work windows before committing to a schedule.
02 / Establish the relationship
Set the support arrangements appropriate to your locations and installed systems. Define service hours, priorities, acknowledgment and restoration targets, maintenance needs, parts planning, and authorized contacts in the agreed scope.
Bring your internal requirements to the conversation so responsibilities and escalation are clear before service begins.
03 / Coordinate the request
Identify the general location, affected system, operational impact, access constraints, and timing. Agree on the responsible contacts, next action, status communication, and any required approvals.
Existing customers should use their agreed service and escalation channels. The website inquiry form starts a business conversation and is not an emergency dispatch channel.
04 / Close the loop
Agree on the work record, applicable test results, labels, system checks, as-builts, and acceptance criteria relevant to the scope. Identify unresolved items and the transition into ongoing support.
Review our illustrative status report and closeout checklist as a starting point for your own program requirements.
Installation is the beginning
Review the equipment inventory, service history, software dependencies and available installation records. Identify unsupported equipment and warranty conditions before agreeing on coverage.
Define the inspections, connection checks, equipment checks and authorized updates appropriate to the systems. Establish access windows, customer approvals and the records expected after a visit.
Agree on who authorizes changes, how unresolved items are tracked, when to escalate and how completed work is accepted. Distinguish acknowledgment, dispatch, site attendance and restoration when setting service targets.
