Full Job Description

3D Technology Services is looking for experienced project coordinator with purchasing experience, working in the security/telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years assisting the project manager with:

· Submittals

· RFIs

· Change Orders

· Quotes

· Proposals

· Scheduling

· Contract Requirement review

· Shop Drawings

· As Built (Redline Mark-ups)

· Close-out Documentation

· Progress billing review & recommendation

Additionally, working with project management software like Blue Beam, MS Project, Procore, PlanGrid, and Spitfire is a PLUS!

On the purchasing skill:

· BOM Review & Collaboration

· Sourcing

· Supplier Database Management

· Negotiating & Evaluating Quotes

· Creating & Preparing Purchase Orders

· Tracking & Follow Up of Purchased Equipment

· Inventory Control

*Good computer software skills in MS Excel, Word and Database.

Education Requirement: Technical & Engineering Background

Job Site Travel : 25%

Pay: $17.00 – $27.00 per hour
